What does your workday look like?
- You are the first point of contact for the Customers.
- You ensure our hospitality and services are of the highest standard.
- You are responsible for health and safety in the studio and make sure all hygiene standards are met.
- You oversee daily and monthly tasks in operations, sales and administration.
- You are able to show leadership skills and provide constructive feedback to other team members.
- You form relationships with our customers and help grow Rostudios' community.
- You attend quarterly meetings and group training sessions.
- You understand all operational procedures and know how to handle maintenance issues.
- Your work schedule can be Monday through Sunday, starting 30 minutes before opening and ending 30 minutes after closing.
