Do these words get you excited? As a Studio Assistant you will help carry out our mission by effectively assisting in running the studio operations and supporting other team members. You will contribute to the company’s success by taking ownership of your tasks and setting a great example. 

We are looking for Studio Team members who can start as soon as possible! 

What does your workday look like?

• You are the first point of contact for the Customers.
• You ensure our hospitality and services are of the highest standard.
• You are responsible for health and safety in the studio and make sure all hygiene standards are met. 
• You oversee daily and monthly tasks in operations, sales and administration. 
• You are able to show leadership skills and provide constructive feedback to other team members. 
• You form relationships with our customers and help grow Rostudios' community. 

Furthermore:

• You attend quarterly meetings and group training sessions. 
• You understand all operational procedures and know how to handle maintenance issues. 
• Your work schedule can be Monday through Sunday, starting 30 minutes before opening and ending 30 minutes after closing.

Your qualifications

• A love for sports, the Rostudios brand, and an interest in hospitality and customer service. 
• A team-oriented person who can multitask and balance communication with operational duties. 
• Someone who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty and values tidiness, cleanliness, and hygiene. 
• A proactive and creative mind with ideas for improvement. 
• Flexibility within the studio's opening hours. 
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English. 
• Availability for at least two shifts per week (+/- 8 hours). 
• Living in The Hague.
