Key Responsibilities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, ensuring financial accuracy and transparency across markets
- Build and maintain BI dashboards and analytical reports to deliver insights across finance and operations
- Contribute to month-end and year-end closing activities through business control, budgeting, and performance analysis
- Monitor and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial and operational data, identifying and resolving inconsistencies
- Collaborate cross-functionally to link financial outcomes with operational performance
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve business efficiency and profitability
- Support the continuous evolution of the finance and BI function, integrating automation, analytics, and scalable reporting solutions
