Rostudios is an exciting and fast-growing international fitness brand, and we are looking for a motivated Finance Intern to support our Finance Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a numbers-driven individual eager to gain hands-on experience in financial administration while being part of a dynamic and international environment. You will work closely with the Head of Finance and the finance team, assisting with essential financial operations across the Netherlands, Germany, and Belgium.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with financial administration, including booking invoices, managing creditors, debtors, and company credit cards
Process and track monthly expenses of employees
Help prepare and analyze monthly reports and financial forecasts
Assist in ad hoc financial projects to improve operational efficiency
Contribute to optimizing financial processes and suggesting improvements

Your qualifications

Passionate about numbers and structure in a fast-paced environment
A strong financial understanding with a background in business (finance and/or bookkeeping is a pro)
Currently enrolled in or recently completed an WO/HBO degree in finance, accounting, or related fields
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and experience with Excel
Experience with accounting systems (e.g., Exact) is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and balance administrative and financial tasks effectively
Fluent in Dutch and English (German is a plus)
A proactive mindset with a 'let’s do it' attitude
