As a Studio Assistant you will help carry out our mission by effectively assisting in running the studio operations and supporting other team members. You will add value to the company’s success by taking responsibility over your tasks and be a great example.
At the moment we've opened the job spec for our Groningen studio team, and we are looking to hire a team to start at the beginning of June 2025. What does your workday look like?- You are the first point of contact for the riders
- You will ensure our hospitality and services are of the highest standard
- You are responsible for the health and safety in the studio and will make sure all hygiene standards are met
- You will oversee all daily and monthly tasks in operations, sales and administration
- You are able to show leadership skills and provide feedback to other team members
- You form relationships with the riders and help build Rocycle’s community
Furthermore:
- You attend quarterly meetings and group trainings
- You are aware of all operational procedures and know how to handle maintenance issues
- Your working schedule can be from Monday till Sunday between half-an-hour before and half-an-hour after studio opening hours

Rocycle
Rocycle is our rhythm-based indoor cycling experience - an immersive ride where music, movement, and motivation come together. Lights low, energy high, and heart open: head in the clouds, in the moment, all we have is now. Roform
Roform is our Pilates-inspired reformer strength workout that combines breath work with strength, mobility with flexibility. It’s a mindful yet powerful practice designed to build balance and awareness from the inside out. Every class helps you move your mind home to your body, leaving you feeling grounded and strong.
